How can I pay for my order?

We accept all major credit cards as well as payments made through PayPal.

All payment must be made in full before shipment.

To make a payment just click on either the "Continue to Checkout" or "PayPal Checkout" buttons in your shopping bag.

After entering your contact details you’ll be redirected to the relevant payment platform.

Credit card users may pay with:

  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • American Express
  • Diners Club
  • Discover

Unfortunately we do not accept Direct Debit Cards or Prepaid Credit Cards.

How do I place an order at God & Guns?

Placing an order on our website is very user friendly.

  • Browse our website
  • Select the products and quantity that you would like to purchase.
  • Click ADD TO CART when you’re ready to confirm your order details and proceed to checkout.
  • Add on gift boxes if you need them.
  • Enter your Promo Code (if you have one) to redeem the discount. 
  • Click on CHECKOUT to proceed with entering your contact details, and then payment and shipping information.

Once completed you’ll be redirected to a confirmation page that your order has been received.

You’ll also receive confirmation by email with full order details and shipping information. 

Is your jewelry nickel free?

All our products are 100% nickel-free.

Do you offer gift boxes?

Yes, you can add a gift box  to every order!

You can add it while you're in your shopping cart or you can go directly to the product page of the gift box and add it to your cart.

We know this is a gift, so don't worry, we won't include the item prices in the packing slip.

What are the warranty conditions?

All Silver, Gold Plated and Rose Gold Plated items are automatically covered with a 6 month period.

Any damage during this time will be covered. 

DELIVERY

Why didn't I get an order confirmation?

There are a few reasons why this might happen:

  • There may have been a typo in the email address you entered. (typos- we all make them!!).
  • The email may have been sent to your spam / junk / promotion folder.
    o Check these folders. You can also search for our email address orders@shopgodandguns.com and hopefully it will show up in the results. 
    o Mark our email as 'Not Spam' in your email service
  • Some orders get stopped before being confirmed, this could happen because of an error with the shipping address, or other such matters.

Please allow 24hrs for your order to process, and for our team to release the order into a confirmed status.  

If you are still unable to locate your confirmation email after 24 hours, please contact our team and we will be sure to resend it to you.

Where is my order?

We know that you’re really excited to receive your order and we're super excited for you to get it too!

Rest assured that we’re working hard to ship your items as fast as we can.

Your item is being produced according to the shipping method you chose when placing your order.

Tracking Your Order
If you haven’t received a shipping notification, your order is still in processing. Click here to track your order status.

Shipping Notification
Once your product is on its way we’ll send you a Shipping Confirmation email that states your delivery date and tracking number, depending on the shipping method you chose.


Late Package
If your order delivery date has passed and you still haven't received your package, we recommend that you try the following (it’s proven helpful to other customers in the past):

  • Check your shipping details on the Order Confirmation and make sure they’re correct.
  • Ask other members of your household if they have accepted the package, as this is a common occurrence.
  • Check (if applicable) with your doorman, by your garage, or perhaps a side door.
    Orders are sometimes left there by the postal service.
  • Ask your local post office if they can provide any further information on the whereabouts of your package and be sure to have your tracking number with you on hand.

Please note that if your order is being shipped to an APO/FPO/DPO address shipping timeframes may run differently.

How do I track my order?

Don't sit in suspense, find out exactly when your order will arrive with our order tracking tool! All you need is your Order ID and email.

Please make sure to enter the exact email address that was used to place your order.

I can't track my order, what should I do?

We apologize if you’re experiencing difficulty with our tracking tool. Perhaps you entered the wrong Order ID Number or placed your order with a different email address?

If you still have trouble tracking your order once you’ve confirmed these details, please contact us.

If your postal tracking number isn’t working, please allow up to 48 hours and try again.


Sometimes the information on the shipping websites takes longer than usual to show updates.

How do I track my order after it ships?

For orders shipped with our expedited or express shipping method you will receive a tracking number which you can use to track your order on the postal site that your order was shipped with.

Why didn't I get a shipping confirmation?

If you received the order confirmation, but did not receive the shipping notification then this probably means the order is not out of production yet and has not been shipped.

Once the tracking tool shows that your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping notification within the next few days.

If for over a week, you still haven't received your shipping notification, please contact us.

How to find a missing package that shows as delivered

Although it is rare, sometimes your tracking number will say "Delivered" before your package has arrived. If this happens to you within 36 hours of the expected delivery, please try the following:

  • Check your shipping notification email to ensure your package was shipped to the correct destination
  • Look for a notice of attempted delivery
  • Look around the delivery location for your package
  • See if someone else in the house accepted the delivery
  • Wait 36 hours -- in rare cases packages may say delivered up to 36 hours prior to arrival

If your order is 36 hours past the expected delivery date, please contact our Customer Care Team.

Does God & Guns ship worldwide?

We ship to APO/DPO and FPO military bases worldwide.


We do not ship to international addresses that are not U.S military bases.

CHANGE ORDER DETAILS

How can I change my shipping address?

To change your address before an order has shipped, please contact us with the following details and we’ll update them accordingly:

 

  • Street address with apartment number
  • City
  • Country
  • Postcode

We can change your shipping address until your item has been sent for packaging, at which point we carefully prepare your jewelry for shipping.

How can I change a God & Guns order after placing it?

If you have already placed your order but selected the wrong product or want to change the personalization details, please contact our Customer Care Team.

How do I add another item to my order?

To add an item you’ll need to place a new order, but we can combine them into one shipment so that your items arrive together.

All you need to do is add a comment on the checkout page "Please ship this order with..." and enter your previous Order ID.

Our team will see this comment and update the order for you.

Please note that by shipping both orders together, your estimated delivery time will be slightly delayed.

I'm paying PayPal, where do I put my shipping address?

If you purchased your order using PayPal, we will ship your jewelry to the address connected to your PayPal account.

If you want to receive it at a different address, please contact us informing your Order ID number and the new address details.

We can change your shipping address until your item has been sent for packaging, at which point we carefully prepare your personalized jewelry for shipping.

My address on my shipping confirmation is incorrect, what should I do?

You may have been really excited to place your order and missed a slight detail. We can relate ;)

But don't worry, we can usually fix this for you.

If you forgot to include an apartment number, or if there is a slight typo in the address, the order will most likely return to us.

Once it does we can easily update the shipping address for you and resend it. Please contact us with the following details:

  • Name (including street, number, apt number, or PO Box)
  • City
  • Postcode
  • Country

You can use your tracking number to see if the package has returned to us.

Unfortunately, sometimes the order gets lost in the mail and does not return to us. If this happens please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.

RECEIVED ITEM ISSUES

My jewelry is damaged, what should I do?

We are sorry to hear that your order is damaged!

We are happy to assist you with any issues, but first our customer service team will request a picture from you in order to proceed with a reorder for a replacement item.

Please contact our Customer Service Team with:

  • Your Order ID number
  • A picture of the damaged item
  • The item's name and item ID

It is required to send a picture of the damaged item for us to determine how to proceed.

We'll get back to you as soon as we can to offer a replacement item according to our warranty policy.


Please note to check your email to see if you've received a response from us within a few hours.

Your replacement item will be shipped within the time frame for the economy shipping method, that will be active on site at the time you contact us.

I'm missing an item from my order, what should I do?

We're sorry to hear that an item is missing!

We ask that you please check your Order Confirmation to make sure that the details are correct and as you ordered.

We may have sent your items in separate parcels so please check your emails to see if any of your items will be arriving separately.

If your order has been sent in different parcels, each delivery note will tell you the items you can expect to find inside.

Please check the delivery notes from each part of your order to make sure you're not missing anything.


If an item is missing, please contact our Customer Service Team with your order number, the name of the missing item, and a link to the item webpage if you have it. We will resolve this issue for you as quickly as we can.

What are the warranty conditions?

All Silver, Gold Plated and Rose Gold Plated items are automatically covered with a 6 month period. Any damage during this time will be covered. 

PAYMENTS & PROMO INFORMATION

My promotional code doesn't work

If you have trouble redeeming your coupon, you may have entered the wrong coupon code or your code may have expired.

Please make sure you write the promotional code in the exact way it was provided, without any spaces.

If your promotional code still isn’t working please contact our Customer Care Team to resolve the issue.

Can I use more than one God & Guns coupon code?

Only one promotional coupon code, voucher, or free gift can be used per purchase.

Why do I see a double charge on my billing statement?

If this occurs, please check your email account to see if you received two Order Confirmations with two Order ID Numbers.

In our experience, customers sometimes place two orders by mistake.


We’ll gladly issue a refund for one order if this is the case.

Please send an email to our Customer Care Team with a screenshot of your bank statement so that we can sort this out for you.

If you see the words PENDING or PROCESSING on your bank statement, please allow up two business days for this charge to be cleared.

I have a PayPal account but I cannot complete the payment

If you are unable to complete your payment using PayPal, please contact us with your order details. We’ll gladly send you an email with a PayPal Payment Request to complete your payment and process your order.

I received a ‘Payment Didn’t Go Through’ message, what should I do?

If you receive a message that your payment didn’t go through, please check your billing and personal information to confirm that the credit card number you entered is correct.

If all details are correct, please try paying via PayPal. Don't worry, you don't have to be a registered member of PayPal to use their services.

You can also use a different credit card or simply try processing the payment again a few hours after your initial attempt.

How do I find my purchase on my billing statement

Once your order has been confirmed and approved you will be able to see the charge on your billing statement.
